I’m a little concerned about buying an ex-rental vehicle. Was it well cared for?
Absolutely! Safety is our top priority, and we have both a legal and moral responsibility to ensure every vehicle is safe, reliable, and in proper working order. All of our vehicles follow strict maintenance schedules and are regularly inspected to meet high safety and performance standards.
Were the people driving the rental vehicles responsible?
Yes. Our rental policies are designed to protect our vehicles. Renters must be 25 years or older and provide a valid credit card. Renters are fully responsible for any damage or excessive wear during their rental period. Additionally, our vehicles are not permitted on gravel roads, for long-distance cross-country travel, or outside approved operating regions (British Columbia, Alberta, and Washington State). This helps keep mileage reasonable and vehicles local.
How do you decide which vehicles are sold to the public?
We carefully select only the cleanest, best-maintained vehicles for retail sale. Any vehicle with excessive wear or signs of abnormal use is not added to our retail inventory and is sold wholesale instead.
Can I get an additional discount?
Our pricing is already set to reflect the best value upfront. We price our vehicles below the market average from the start, so you don’t have to negotiate to get a great deal.
Do the vehicles come with a warranty?
Most of our vehicles include the balance of the manufacturer’s warranty. We also offer extended warranty options at competitive rates for added peace of mind.
Are the vehicles inspected or reconditioned before being sold?
Yes. Every vehicle undergoes a comprehensive multi-point mechanical safety inspection conducted by a BCAA-certified service facility. This is not an in-house check — it’s performed by an independent third-party shop to ensure an unbiased assessment.
We address any necessary mechanical repairs identified during the inspection before the vehicle is offered for sale. Each vehicle also receives a full professional detail, so no immediate maintenance is required on your part.
Why are your prices lower than traditional dealerships?
As a rental company, we purchase vehicles directly from manufacturers through large fleet and bulk programs, enabling us to buy at lower wholesale prices. We also operate with lower overhead than traditional dealerships, with no large sales teams or high showroom costs, allowing us to pass those savings directly to our customers.
Can I review the vehicle’s history, including any accidents?
Vehicle history reports, including CARFAX, are available for all vehicles. Most of the vehicles are accident-free, and any prior repairs are disclosed and supported by available records.
Do you offer financing?
Yes! We deal with all the major lenders, and are one of the few places left that don't charge additional finance fees.
