This was our first experience with National car sales (North Vancouver) and we purchased a Dodge Durango. Aside from the vehicle being priced very competitively and being in tip top shape, David the manager was beyond fantastic to work with as well!
He listened to us and fully understood our needs. We kept going back and forth being indecisive about what vehicle to get and he was super understanding and patient with us, all while having a great sense of humour too! He worked with us to weigh out all the pros and cons of each vehicle of interest and was readily available to answer any of our questions even when he was off work. This car buying experience was an overall wonderful, clear and concise process. Both my husband and I highly recommend National Car Sales and we have already referred a few friends to the North Vancouver location. Thank you David!!

While shopping for a 2019 Kia Sorento, we began our search at National Car & Truck Sales in Victoria, BC. Tom McKee was fantastic to deal with – no pressure or subterfuge whatsoever. Our test drive was so much fun and dealing with him was painless. We continued on our search and came across some truly appalling experiences at dealerships.

We ended up buying the very first Sorento we test drove (at National Car & Truck Sales) and the process was totally painless. Tom went to the mat to get us financing that we could afford and was totally transparent about the numbers and contracts, even correcting a figure that was too high when he noticed it!

Buying a retired rental car is so different now than it used to be. We got a good price on a two year old car in great condition with only 27,000 kms on it. The sales model is more about turning over old stock to make room for the new than trying to gauge the customer for all the profit they can grub. The only down side is that because they only sell retired rentals, trade-ins don’t bring in as much as they might at a dealership, but given all the great aspects of dealing with Tom and National, it’s a small price to pay.

As most reviewers mention this is not your usual used car lot. Really nice people that don’t try to push the sale and happily answer any questions that you have. They offer the cars at very competitive prices and they know it so no need to play any games. In my case, I dealt with Tom but it seems like Ricardo is as good as him.

Regarding post-sale service, when I took the car home I noticed the direction wasn’t perfectly aligned (only noticeable at high speeds). I let Tom know and he booked me an appointment right away at a location that was convenient for me to have it checked, no questions asked.

I’ve owned the car for 5 months now, over 10000 km and zero issues. 100% recommended

Doing business with you was super easy and enjoyable. (To be honest, I hate going on car lots and dealing with salespersons.) The deal on the car couldn’t be beat. Your document charge is the lowest I’ve seen and giving me the discount for a repeat customer went a long way to me purchasing from you again.
