Excellent customer service and attention to detail. Bobby greeted me and made me feel welcome right away. He showed me the car I was interested in and let me test drive it by myself.
He was very transparent on the maintenance and claims history and went above and beyond to address minor items the vehicle that I had not asked to have replaced; he paid attention to where I was focusing and took the initiative to address each question.
