I Felt Totally at Ease

I really disliked the dealers’ standard procedure for buying a previously owned car: having to test drive with a salesman in the back seat, always dealing with a second salesman (manager) even before any negotiations, receiving numerous phone calls or emails from the salesman or the boss, etc. Going to National changed all that. Phil handed over the car fob for our test drive and told us to take our time. Afterwards, I felt totally at ease while he went over the cost in detail, without a boss looking over his shoulder. Bonus: NO cash/finance fee, unlike most dealers. When I decided to buy the car, he went above and beyond to make sure the Kona was in top shape, even going out to buy a new battery and installing it himself! Thanks, Phil, for making me feel valued as a customer. I love my new car and now, National is where my family will go first when looking for a car in the future.
