As most reviewers mention this is not your usual used car lot. Really nice people that don’t try to push the sale and happily answer any questions that you have. They offer the cars at very competitive prices and they know it so no need to play any games. In my case, I dealt with Tom but it seems like Ricardo is as good as him.
Regarding post-sale service, when I took the car home I noticed the direction wasn’t perfectly aligned (only noticeable at high speeds). I let Tom know and he booked me an appointment right away at a location that was convenient for me to have it checked, no questions asked.
I’ve owned the car for 5 months now, over 10000 km and zero issues. 100% recommended
